Recreational Class Options

INTRODUCTION TO TUMBLE

Our Introduction to Tumble class is perfect for beginners developing body awareness and coordination. Athletes work on essential shapes, rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels while learning the correct technique and form to create a strong foundation for future progress.

WALKOVERS

In Walkovers, athletes begin connecting skills and gaining confidence with movements such as round-offs, walkovers, and controlled handstand transitions. The focus is on clean execution, strength development, and introducing the fundamentals of backward tumbling in a supportive environment.

HANDSPRINGS

Handsprings builds on established fundamentals as athletes begin learning advanced power skills like back and front handsprings, connected passes, and front and back tucks. Coaches emphasize proper shaping, takeoff, and landing technique to help athletes progress safely and confidently.

TUCKS

At this stage, athletes refine and connect advanced tumbling elements such as aerials, standing tucks, and series passes. The focus shifts toward power, control, and precision—developing strong, confident tumblers capable of combining multiple advanced skills.

ADVANCED

Our highest tumbling level challenges athletes to perfect elite passes and specialty skills, including layouts, twisting elements, and advanced combinations. With close coaching and technical guidance, athletes enhance their power, consistency, and artistry—preparing them for top-level cheer, dance, or acrobatic performance.
